Yikes! That’s happened to me a few times before. Once I left extremely detailed instructions on how to do something very specific, and of course the person they hired after I got laid off didn’t bother to read it, and did it their own way and completely fucked it up, and then I got the email asking how to fix it. I told them the fix was to read the document I left them before doing it the wrong way.
