Figured i would share a bit since i know how shitty chronic pain can be. In case it helps someone:
Eating carnivore fixed every pain in my body. My body was fucked from rucking and para and all sorts of stupid work things.
I did physio for years and was strong. I had healthy movement patterns and did consults with personal trainers often.
Nothing stopped the pain. I couldn't play with my kids. At one point I couldn't wash the dishes.
I ate carnivore for a week and it was gone. If I eat bad food now the pain comes back. If I have a beer, my neck will start to hurt within minutes.
Inflammation causes pain, and it comes from our food, in my opinion. It cannot survive with a healthy diet of meat.
My MRI would say I should have all sorts of arthritis and bone spurs and bulging discs but its all nonsense because I have no pain whatsoever.
