@Peruvian Bull Apparently when a frog is put into boiling water it'll be unable to get out of the water and die. Conversely, when you gradually heat up the water to boiling it will jump out when it becomes uncomfortably hot.

Pretty sure that was one of the many myths spread by Al Gore.

It's a really useful analogy, but apparently frogs do a better job than people jumping out of their respective pots.

Also its fucked to think of how we even know these things. Probably from French cooking.
