@nprofile1q... "Utterly horrible to use always" isn't very constructive feedback, and is also very subjective. Volunteers work hard to make the office suite as best they can – have you considered joining the Design team, to help them make the specific improvements you wish to see? (And document formats are vitally important, if we want a future without vendor lock-in.)
