The higher lows represent persistent growth in adoption. Everything else is just the wild speculation of gamblers trying to hit a quick, big payoff (i.e. noise).

*Gold is obviously having a long overdue moment, but FWIW, BTC to XAU volatility is clearly dominated by bitcoin's volatility rather than by gold's.
