For relay side, kinda doesn't matter to me, I noticed you had some changes for the spec but afaict would work with my if statements.. For nip17 and concord, I have 1059 AUTH gate for must be author, or must be p-tagged to download them. Then for cordn, I just have to turn off AUTH on 1059, because it doesn't support AUTH.

Then for deletes, those are a bit weirder but those are handled with nip86 delete requests and somewhat unused until someone gets their inbox filled with spam then they might care and notice they can delete it that way or expire huge swaths of them by timestamp..
