For relay side, kinda doesn't matter to me, I noticed you had some changes for the spec but afaict would work with my if statements.. For nip17 and concord, I have 1059 AUTH gate for must be author, or must be p-tagged to download them. Then for cordn, I just have to turn off AUTH on 1059, because...
