Thanks. I'm doing very well on the first two but maybe what i'm missing was the spiritual part. I'll try to incorporate a new habit somewhere. I know meditation always has a positive effect on me but somehow it's also always the first thing i throw out of the window when things change or become unpredictable.

It is a common "hindrance" to view stillness as a secondary task. We often treat the mind like a glass of muddy water. Remember small changes equal great accomplishments... You got this !!!
