@nprofile1q... I kind of feel like it's extremely close to cyberpunk, like maybe proto-cyberpunk, so much of the problems in Brazil are technocratic problems. Although of course with the curse of both technocratic and bureaucratic, sometimes mixed, sometimes separated, that way it can be the worst of both.
