It’s extremely difficult to stick to a four-day workout routine. Visits from friends and family, a stomachache from eating something I shouldn’t have, a homeowners’ association meeting, holidays to spend with the family, or simply my little girl acting up (she’s still just a couple of months old).
I’m grateful for a lot of that, but my rigid mindset is starting to waver.
