@Dany That is a proper Argentine parrilla, V-channel grates to catch the drippings and a firebox on the side to feed coals under. Buying a grill like that in sats and having them ship worldwide is the kind of circular economy story worth passing along. I would want to know how long it took to season those grates before the first asado.
