bitcoin is a probabilistic system all the way through, it's finality, it's cryptography, the property rights, everything is probabilistic. L2s can provide probabilistic compression of on-chain footprint and therefore scale the number of users who can exist outside of custodial fractional reserve relationships. this is not a question. your mantra is false.
