Good point. I'm actually leaning more toward liking the idea, but then one has to tell military members they can't do one of the most basic of American rights. Which also happens to be a vote for the dude who leads them in war. Having them vote might be a good thing. I don't know. I suppose you could return standing military to the states and only forbid federal employees from voting in federal elections. Lots to think about for something like this.
