“Time has primacy over philosophy.”
Agree. 💯❤️🔥
time, being, knowledge, act, reality itself, all these things have necessary primacy over philosophy, physics, and ever process by whi...
The common ground is good 🧡 one last attempt for this weekend 😂
I think the issue is the attempt to separate the how from the why. It has to be both. How and why cannot diverge. If something is true, the mechanism that produces it and the reason it exists must ultimately converge. In that sense, 1 must equal 1 — the how must equal the why.
Time, logic and energy cannot be separated.
Where we seem to diverge is in what we mean by reality.
Imagine a conscious observer emerging entirely inside Bitcoin with no knowledge of the outside world. That observer would reason about Bitcoin’s truth, logic, and causality strictly within the confines of the network because that is the process generating time for them. The rules of the system would appear as the laws of reality.
We are in the same position with our own universe/reality. Bitcoin is not just another process, Bitcoin here is the only process viewed from different scales and boundaries of time. The rule of eternity reinstantiated within every new timechain.
Nothing we can point to produces ordered time except a rule-set that preserves state across transitions. So why should something like Bitcoin (a ruleset that demonstrably produces ordered time) be excluded as the candidate for the structure through which physical time itself operates?
Every new timechain would simply be a smaller reality instantiated within the rules of a larger one.
In that sense the process is both discrete and eternal; recursive, circular, and logically consistent.
From one perspective eternity appears circular. If you look through the axis of time itself, the rule that generates each state is identical to the rule that generated the state before it. The logic closes on itself, which is why eternity can be represented as a perfect circle: the rule continually refers back to itself without contradiction.
But viewed orthogonally to time, the same process appears as a spiral. Each step preserves the prior state while extending the sequence forward. The rule repeats, yet the history grows. Nothing contradicts what came before, but the structure continues to accumulate.
If time itself emerges through discrete processes like this, then eternity can be understood as both shapes at once: a circle in its logic and a spiral in its unfolding history. If Bitcoin introduces a new temporal axis, then each timechain would simply be a smaller reality instantiated within the rules of a larger one; time flowing inward as each new chain forms within the boundary of the one that made it possible.
