Connection is a muscle that must be used and exercised to be strong and healthy; and what we focus on grows, so if we seek connection we should focus on how we collectively are keeping connection a pillar of our reality.

It's super easy to focus on the negative aspects of conventional 'social media' but seeing how we (as a whole) *are* moving forward - honing in on that - can have a great positive radiating effect. 🙏👐👋
