The whole “bitcoin is freedom” argument tends to fall on deaf ears in Western Europe
We’ve had it good here for quite some time
Not that I want that, but probably only something of the scale of a war in WE can create the awakening incentive for the masses.
It’s just too comfortable to live in a closed system , even at the expense of getting poorer, dumber, and less free than people outside of that system
