If "what you want" is to send millions of dust utxo's to render most node implementations incapable of handling it overnight, I'll be out here taking action to do what I can to obstruct. At least while Tadge figures out how to get everyone onto utreexo (it's not a drop in replacement though; so that initial IBD period would be brutal amid a massive dust storm).
