sadly it has been trending lately that a lot of companies monitor their employees opinion online and people lost their jobs as a result of their opinion online. whether justified or not, companies most often than not see employees as a representation of their company even though employees made comment during off hours (non-working hrs). I have seen companies go as far as check their prospect employees' social media as a condition of hiring.

so I doubt those profile disclaimers are going to work. I believe it became famous this movement due to social media and the cancel culture. 😬
