The paper has a table listing the patches they're inaccurately claiming are missing in GrapheneOS. They claim the ones marked as green were manually verified to be missing. The first patch listed in the table is CVE-2015-6609, which we reported to Google in 2015.

GrapheneOS shipped every single one of the patches they falsely claim were missed. We quickly moved to each new stable release of AOSP as the new base for the OS. Every patch included in AOSP or the stock Pixel OS was quickly included in GrapheneOS. We also included many patches they did not ship.
