We have free will and this means aliens generally do not intervene to punish humans because we must learn from our own karmic imbalances. Earth is a school where we choose between service-to-self (STS) -- which are Epstein and his clients -- and service-to-others (STO) -- which is unconditional love ie Jesus Christ et al). STO is the realization that we are all one (non-duality). High-level STO want to help without infringing on free will. Punishment is not necessary because the creator is in anyone. STS is the manipulation and exploitation of others for personal gain. So the power structures in Epstein and his friends are a perfect example of the STS "elite". There are some STS alien entities (Orion group) that attempt to empower human "elites" and bring them to their side. The positive STO entities (The Confederation) are bound strongly by the law of free will. If a "good" alien race landed and forcefully punished the corrupt, they would become "masters" over us, and thus become STS themselves by removing our right to free will. I believe Epstein files are the darkness that hopefully will wake humanity up to choose STO collectively. Back to STS aliens (Orion group), they DO seek contact with humans who have a taste for power. They do so through information, psychic support, dreams, etc that helps the elite consolidate control. They make them reinforce structures of hierarchy, secrecy, enslavement, etc. They try to "harvest" Earth as a negative colony by attempting to make it vibrate overwhelmingly self-serving.
This doesn't mean STO are not "protecting" us. The STO entities (such as Ra from the Law of One channelings) to "guard" us by quarantining Earth to prevent a physical takeover by STS aliens. But they are very careful about how they help us. STS alients (these are higher-vibrational consciousness beings than us) to help us when we "call" meaning when we meditate, pray, demand justice/truth - also through inspirations, dreams, synchronicities etc that help whistleblowers and activists find the truth. Basically they help not by intervening which disrupts our free will by through thought forms of unity and love to create the consciousness to develop our own free will to reject STS structures.
