Not trying to dis you here, but from a protocol perspective (and not the concrete app experience with most clients out there today that fiatjaf already alluded to), what you are saying reads like:

We tried getting to get people go outside, but the onboarding for people to go out of their front door is a fucking nightmare. There are all these people outside they don't like, and it is not a fun place to do something if people i don't like also exist in the world.

Don't take a bunch of vegans to a street that is full of meat-centered restaurants.
Don't take a bunch of blind people to the creative street art neighborhood
Don't take a bunch of prudes to the redlight district.

By which i mean to say....there are no 'space' constrains here, there is absolutely no reason to be ''in eachothers way'' and to visit places that are completely irrelevant or offensive to you.

Again, i understand the practical reality is that you experience a real problem, its just that there is no, i dunno how you call it....''technically'', reason for that problem to exist at all. And what i would say is that you are not powerless in this regard at all, the tools and means for YOU to fix those problems do exist, and i am sure there are plenty of people more than willing to help you with that.
