I convinced a small massage business to setup lightning on square and paid them that way. He set it up to auto-sell back into fiat though. He's not fully convinced on Bitcoin yet, I'm still working on that with him. Until then I pay him on one of my Bitcoin rewards credit cards so I can at least get some BTC.
