Cool :) Carnivore, not just low carb, has worked for me without adding any additional exercise or workouts. Sometimes I'll do OMAD, but because I'm not hungry or I am busy and forget. Tried many things before with limited success, and I've found that if it's not something I can do everyday indefinately, it's unsustainable and ineffective. After many months, I am adding an exercise routine to build strength. To each their own 💪.
