The only weight loss thing that has ever worked for me is OMAD. In the past couple weeks I've been doing 10k daily walks with one meal a day (9oz steak) and I've already lost 8 lbs.

Turns out less calories in = less weight. shocking. you only have to deal with a slight feeling of hunger for 2-4 hours every day, but in the fiat food era this is unacceptable for most people.

So basically you are doing carnivore. Everyone loses weight in carnivore.

I´m reading the following thing: Frequent snacking, even on healthy and low-calorie foods, can potentially hinder weight loss. This is because constant eating may interrupt the digestion process, leading to potential digestive issues and making it harder to maintain a calorie deficit necessary for...

That seems extreme and you might lose muscle mass. Have you tried eating more fat (60-70% calories from fat). I’m 150lbs and need 1.5 - 2lbs of fatty red meat per day. This also raises cholesterol which in turn raises testosterone, increasing muscle mass and incinerating body fat.

What worked for me is daily workout plus 12km daily walks with doggo. Went from 83kg to 72kg (185ish cm) in a few months plus getting fit not thin. Normie food intake without processed crap.

Cool :) Carnivore, not just low carb, has worked for me without adding any additional exercise or workouts. Sometimes I'll do OMAD, but because I'm not hungry or I am busy and forget. Tried many things before with limited success, and I've found that if it's not something I can do everyday indefinat...

Calorie Deficit. Just like spending more bitcoin than you buy will make you poor… Literally burning more calories than you put in and you’ll drop weight. It’s not rocket surgery.

Good job! 🥳

I tried OMAD and I was hungry and miserable and looking at the clock all the time. I didn’t do it for a day, I did it for like 2 months and kept asking myself, is this the state I am supposed to live my life in that is being miserable? I did intermittent fasting 16-8 better but it did not yield re...

Adopting a strict carnivore diet has been the best decision I’ve made in the past six months. Although I never had weight problems, I always felt bloated after eating rice, vegetables, and other carbs. While I can tolerate small amounts of carbs occasionally, I quickly notice the inflammation they...

Been doing one meal a day for 8 years. Not to manage weight but to save time. I wouldn't want to live any other way now.

What time are you eating that steak?

Congrats! Likely less to do with calories and more to do with lowering the frequency and intensity of insulin spikes in your blood. Most weight gain is hormonal, not caloric, so by reducing insulin your body is naturally going to lose weight.

Way to go Will 👏 try sticking to a mostly carnivore diet, keep away from wheat and you’ll see the fat melt off your body even faster. No calories counting necessary

Same for me. And also cutting out alcohol was an accelerant.
