Very funny and arrogant, did you forget US bases and the active CIA meddling and installing and removing of governments? And before that a similar model from the British Empire? How can people get stable if they can't even choose their governments without you coming in and toppling their government using an army patsy or something e. g. Egypt, Pakistan as recent examples.
