man... i really start to hate my job...
i mean, not my job-job, but my company...

constantly out of materials, the mashines never work, but there is nobody to fix them...
and you're not allowed to fix them yourself cuz you lack of certificates...
and when you do and the production can actually continue to shovel out products, you get called in by your superviser greeted with a formal warning...

i have no costs of transport, cuz my workplace is literally in my backyard, but i start to wonder...
