I thought about living in my car but you don't actually save that much money, you'd save like 15K USD a year, plus hard to find parking, no showers etc. Not worth it.
Its a great idea but it is really heavy to plan .. AS you said ... You need round about 15k USD a year (more is better) do want to live in a Van / Camper ... Or a smaller one ?
