If the bip110 chain gets any blocks at all (which I highly doubt) it is going to get spammed so hard because it is possible to put any amount of data into bip110 compliant transactions (and many people have already coded this to show how pointless playing wack-a-mole with spam is. It's the miners who waste time/energy on the bip110 chain that will never get to 100 blocks in / never have an exchange to sell on! 33 more blocks before total capitulation. Are you really going to patch on a hardfork hash change and larp that you are the REAL Bitcoin!?

spammed by what? are you proposing somehow you think someone can muster enough bandwidth to hit ... 2000+ bitcoin nodes so hard they don't function? are you aware of how expensive that is gonna be?
