I'm trying to back up and rebuild my understanding of the model. In that connection, I came up with some questions. I am curious what you both think about these things.

1. Is the physical world a closed system?

2. Is the physical world just the ledger, or is the physical world the whole system?

3. Are the rules of the physical world implemented by the physical world itself?
