you have a right to speech but not a right to employment. an employer can terminate you from the business they own for any reason. has nothing to do with infringing free speech.

I'm still not super familiar with Kirk's beliefs, but it seems like he'd at least like those people to get to plea their case and/or apologize before being fired or deplatformed. It seems pretty obvious he wouldn't want direct censorship laws in his name.

If we weren't a world of employees and regulation this wouldn't be an issue. We would be mostly concerned with official government censorship.
