I've seen much promise to this combo... even from a few doctors willing to speak on it. Eric(?) Berg, who advocates a lot for keto, did a segment on it.

Tried on my mom, but she was very late stage pancreatic cancer. No dice 😔 It's helped a family friend with prostate cancer, though. Rick Simpson oil does big-time, too.
