I love my RelayTools relays. I've had 1 running with you for ~2 years and the other, almost a year. Never any real problems (that weren't self-induced) and your customer service top notch.
The RelayTools app is a godsend of sorts. When I had everything misconfigured with one relay, it was so convenient to remove posts and authors on the fly. The fact that the app works for the most important parts of relay management with Pyramid, too, was the absolute lock-in for that.
I have no hesitation in recommending the app or the relay service. Both are easy to use, incredibly stable, and provide me with real utility.
