I've pushed a small feature to the master branch. All errors related to chat messages will be put in the error log panel instead of bombarding you with notifications. You can check the error and copy the source event there.
btw, the error "No room for message" has been changed to "Recipient is missing", which is caused by kind 14 events not having any tags.
