I despise them. So I mix them with my own homemade sour cream to make delicious extra fat greek yogurt with chopped fresh/frozen fruit mixed in. 😁 I use an Instant Pot with it's yogurt function to incubate the sour cream like yogurt. I make it from pure heavy whipping cream, or mixed at a 1 to 2...

To me, low carbohydrate is the key. I'm into fat. I'm not sure I care whether it is Greek yoghurt or other. But lots of carbs in many yoghurts. Sugar added I guess.
