our shower hose (universal chrome/rubber, picrel) has developed ruptures after less than a year, about three quarters of the way through - same as the one before. what could be the reason?
- too sharp folds when we hang it up on the wall
- heat - I like my showers rather hot
- limescale - our water is rather hard
- all of the above
