Agreed. I think Square got us closer than anyone. It would be cool if their square QRs were fiat or bitcoin optional but maybe they cant fit all the data without breaking it

I think everyone’s on the same page here. Every time I see a square terminal, I feel like I have to *ask permission* to pay in bitcoin…. This is exactly the opposite of how I should feel.

Yes! It would be nice to mention something like "thanks for accepting Bitcoin" to the cashier who otherwise has no idea that's what you are using to pay them.

Will visa, and Mastercard bring troubles? Because if they don't adapt fast enough or can't, they are going to lose money (long-term)
