I’ve been on a very meat focused diet for probably the last 6 or 7 years.
Several of my least healthy friends are convinced I’ll be dropping dead any day now, while they listen to their (constantly visited) doctors, avoid red meat (regardless of ailment), get fatter and more sedentary.
Occassionally - like with Bitcoin or Catholicism - one noticesI’m not only still kicking, but improving and asks some questions.
Do your best, be an example, and be charitable when they ask.
