Hey I've got some lamb for sale, it's finished on organic field pea and alfalfa, permaculture/regenerative raised. Getting butchered at Earls Meats in Holland , MI. They dry age it for a week and cut to order. $200 deposit. We price by hanging weight at $13/lb the lambs will be less than 40lb hanging weight so you can get an idea of the total cost. I can deliver to you in Elmhurst at the end of the month if you want one. Let me know and I can just post the invoice here for the deposit.
