I'm pretty confused what the right diet is.
Some say: " You need carbs to build muscle"
Others say: "Carbs are making you fat"
Some say: "You need healthy fats to lose weight"
Others say: "Even h...
Look at what people actually do, rather than what they say, and compare with how they are.
This presumes you have the capacity to verify what people actually do.
Then, in a few months tops, you can verify the results on yourself.
I show what I do to all my immediate close people, and they can clearly see how I am.
This doesn't mean that those people won't keep doing whatever they are already doing, and henceforth don't become as I am.
Anyway,. my quality of life spiked when I stopped eating carbs.
