I'm pretty confused what the right diet is.

Some say: " You need carbs to build muscle"

Others say: "Carbs are making you fat"

Some say: "You need healthy fats to lose weight"

Others say: "Even healthy fats will cause you to gain weight"

Some say: "Eat only high protein foods"

Others say: "You need variety"

What is the correct answer?! 😭
