Great move. I have made many lifestyle improvements ove the last 5-6 years. Going to the gym routinely, optimizing my diet etc but none of them worked better than accepting i am a morning person, not a night person. I have been going to bed steadily around 22:00/22:30 and getting up between 6:00/6:30 always. Weekend or not. This improvement has done more for me than all the other things combined.

I still do two coffee's a day because i absolutely love the taste but i do them in the morning so i can rest assured that it will be out of my body come bedtime. As a challenge i think you motivated me to try a month without and see if i can notice a difference.

I love it when people find their rhythm in life by changing and trying something new. Good for you!
