@GrumpyRabbit The story of people, specifically black and women, being unable to get ID's mean that these two categories are career criminals without a proper job. Without an ID they can't use a banking service, get federal or state help, buy age restricted items (alcohol, cigarettes, medicine), or drive. I haven't seen stats to back up that these categories don't engage in those activities.
