Milk is really gross if you think about it. A nature formulated mixture to make baby cows grow fast - and we steal it from the cow for consumption. 🤣

It becomes even more apparent how gross it is when you milk the cows yourself.
They have E coli and stuff like that on their skin, it's just normal, part of their skins microbiome.
You have to wash the utter well before you begin milking.
I think it's strange that cows became the animal we use for milk, sheeps milk is way safer and easier to digest for humans.
