Here's a question for the #RepairCafe-type folks here; I took apart a clock/radio with a dead battery in it, with the intention of picking up a replacement.
The battery has absolutely no markings on it at all. The manual says it's a 800 mAh LI rechargeable, but no mention of voltage (I suspect ~3.7V), and no hints on the circuitboard.
Battery is completely dead; doesn't move the voltmetre at all. Completely dead.
How could I confirm it's 3.7V? (or something else?)
