Yesterday I was listening to a podcast about medieval samurai and there was an old timer who had an old arrow wound getting funky as he aged so the doctor said they needed the kidney of a male fetus so the Samurai summoned his son who’s wife was pregnant and said “go get it son” luckily the doctor said no you can’t use blood relations for the medicine, so they went to a kitchen girl who was pregnant and removed her baby, turns out it was a female so they just threw it away.
