Nope. Works for women too. The weight gain in the muscles from the water is slight and temporary -- it doesn't bulk you up. Lifting will do that. The muscle can only hold so much so if you have a slim tone you will only see a slight but still noticeable change. More athletic physiques will see a bit more. Already strong physiques will see even more, and so on ๐Ÿ‘€

The point is creatine will give your muscles more stamina when under load -- you'll be able to push/pull/lift/run for slightly longer than you would have otherwise.
