I'd make a video, so they have an exact reference of the stove/fireplace they'll be dealing with. It also makes the experience more personal and valuable.
Yeah, was going with the lower effort option of just finding a good short for them, might have to try the personalised idea if we're still getting half burnt fires and black glass!
