but the fact that the darker races can't abide by even the most basic and unintrusive laws without authoritarian measures doesn't mean we should be held to their standard.

as for its definition, free speech isn't something you can formulate an autisticly correct and rigorous definition for, because it's more of a delicately balanced feedback loop influenced by incentives, beliefs, emotion, discourse, dialogue, threats and promises. and of course, the particular culture (and genetic lineage because who are we kidding they're very closely related) you're trying to hold subject to the doctrine.
