True. It's only one part that is broken and need to be replaced. Only the ball joint is broken?
I have those ball joints replaced on my Honda as well (with some special aftermarket ones for racing)
Looks like balljoints and CV axle but chances are the upper control arm was damaged. I don't even see it in this photo.
