There is normally already a hatmonization in form of NIP-22. NIP-22 introduces kind 1111 and says that this is to be used when answering to events other than kind 1.
Sure, that’s why nostube and zap.stream use 1111 but still some other apps use 1 to tie their content into the social media apps.
